Nutrifit Project provides digital products and coaching services only. We do not sell physical goods.

Due to the nature of digital content and scheduled services, our refund policy is outlined below.

Digital Products (E-Books, Guides, Online Resources)

All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase.

Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to read product details before purchasing

  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, contact us at [insert support email], and we will ensure you receive proper access.

Coaching Services

Before Your First Session

You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided no coaching session has taken place.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

After Services Have Been Delivered

Once a coaching session has been completed, refunds are not provided.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product or service is found to be faulty, not as described, or not delivered as agreed, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws.
