How we integrate with you
Step 1: Onboarding, Initial Call & Medical History
Once you join our 1:1 coaching, the first step is getting a complete understanding of you. You’ll start by filling out a detailed onboarding questionnaire covering your health history, lifestyle, nutrition habits, digestion, training (if applicable), sleep, stress, and goals. We’ll then meet for an initial call where we dive deeper into your story and clarify what you want to achieve. We also review your medical history and any pathology results you may have, such as blood tests, because we believe it’s important to see the whole picture rather than guessing. This step helps us understand what may be influencing your symptoms, metabolism, hormones, energy levels, or relationship with food so we can build a strategy that is truly personalised.
Step 2: Your Personalised Plan – Nutrition, Supplements & Training
After your initial consultation, we design a personalised plan tailored specifically to you. This includes your nutrition setup, meal structure, and if relevant, a training program if you choose the nutrition and training option. Our focus is always on building a strong foundation through food first, so we only recommend supplements if they are genuinely necessary and supported by your health history or blood work. We don’t believe in overloading you with products when many things can be improved through nutrition and lifestyle. The goal is to create a practical plan that supports your gut health, hormones, energy levels, and overall wellbeing while still fitting into your daily life.
Step 3: App Setup, Habit Tracking & Understanding Your Plan
Once your plan is ready, we guide you through how everything works. You’ll receive access to our coaching app where you can view your nutrition plan, training program (if applicable), habit tracking, and progress markers. We will explain exactly how to follow your plan, what habits to focus on, and what realistic timelines look like for your goals. This step is about giving you clarity and structure so you know what to do each day without feeling overwhelmed. Our aim is to help you build sustainable routines while staying flexible enough to adapt to your lifestyle.
Step 4: First Check-In & Ongoing Support
Your first check-in typically happens within the first few weeks and may be done through a call or a Loom video depending on your coaching structure. During this check-in, we review your progress, assess how your body is responding, and discuss any challenges you’ve experienced. We provide detailed feedback on your nutrition, habits, and training (if applicable), and make any adjustments needed to keep you moving forward. This is an important step where we refine your plan based on real-life feedback so that your coaching continues to evolve with you and your progress.
